Nursery News Letter October 2021

Hello to all our lovely families!

The weather has suddenly become cooler. With this in mind please remember to bring your child in a warm winter coat. The children are enjoying exploring Autumn and watching the squirrels collect conkers from the trees in our garden. Some of our children have started collecting conkers too!

Woodwork Wednesdays

Mrs Sally Appadu will be taking some groups of children to take part in woodwork activities in the Art Room very soon.

It is important for young children to be able to think creatively and        develop problem-solving skills.  Woodwork exercises such skills as children make their own choices and learn through trial and error. It sparks creative thinking and imagination, qualities that are at as important in our changing world as the practical skills gained . Photos will follow on social media and on our school website
